After earning my bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE),
I went on to earn my master's degree in computer engineering from the Data Engineering and Analytics curriculum in October 2022
thanks to the thesis entitled "Exploiting OCR systems and linguistic resources in a multi-alphabetic context: towards the creation
of an automatic knowledge extractor and cataloguer for large heritages".
As a PhD student in information and communication technology (ICT) at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia's Department of Engineering Enzo Ferrari (DIEF), my current area of study is Big Data Management and Analytics. The main focus of my work is on Digital Maktaba, which is a project dedicated to the cataloguing of texts in non-Latin alphabets in the religious studies field.
